1. Cancellation Policy

• Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before our team has started the design process, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

• After Work Begins: Once the initial design concepts have been created or shared with you, the order cannot be cancelled, and the initial deposit (if applicable) is non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

• Design Services: Refunds are not generally provided for completed design work (e.g., YouTube thumbnails, Logos, DPRs) once the final files have been delivered.

• Revisions: We offer revisions according to the package you selected to ensure you are satisfied with the final output. Dissatisfaction with a design style is not a valid ground for a refund if the work matches the initial brief provided.

• Technical Errors: If there is a technical error in the file we delivered (e.g., wrong resolution or corrupted file), we will fix and re-deliver the file at no extra cost.
